We work with trusted Licensed Mortgage Brokers to finance borrowers' real estate goals when a conventional bank is not an option. We refer to ourselves as 'flexible' or 'unrestricted' lenders who are not subject to the same limitations banks, credit unions or other deposit taking institutions.
